Freshly minted London School of Fashion grad Beatrice Boyle creates wearable art in the form of tees and dresses. We've fallen in love.
Her pieces are inspired by her dark -- almost ghoulish -- macabre paintings. The illustration major-cum-fashion designer was discovered by the CEO of fashion retailer Browns Focus, who loved her edgy style.
At just 23-years-young, Boyle is already onto a second collection -- still featuring her signature harsh black, nude, and pink brushstrokes, but this time inspired by images of her gal pals instead of pages ripped from magazines. If she must wax poetic about the distorted post-party images of disheveled girls with make-up stained cheeks, she simply describes it as a “juxtaposition of the glamorous and the sordid, the glossy and the sinister.”
