She's a strapless little beauty with row after row after row of swishy fringe from neck to hem. And because the dress is from Jay Godfrey, we do want you to know that it is incredibly well constructed (you can't always say that, you know), so it will last beyond this season. Which is something that economizing fashionistas will appreciate.
